In the meantime, we’ve tried to arrange shipping Archie from Rio, which we gave up after delays and costs kept increasing at an unreasonable pace! Details can be found here.
The new plan involves shipping Archie RoRo from Buenos Aires to Dakar, as “accompanied luggage”: yes, we’re going to be passengers on the freighter! We’re going to report at length about this 15-day passage once we reach Dakar.
